Go door-to-door and ask your neighbors if they’ve seen him and to be on the lookout for him. Someone may have taken him in to keep him safe. Put posters up ASAP with just his picture and your phone number. These pages aren’t seen by everyone so it’s really important to have your contact information out there. Post on Nextdoor … and Ring, if you have it.
