If someone has him because they think they can breed him, please know that Casper has a congenital condition that isn’t obvious unless you know his medical history. Because of this, he should not be bred, as it could result in serious health problems for any puppies. He also requires that will need to be restarted soon. If you have Casper or know where he is, please do the right thing and help get him back home. There are no questions asked—his health and safety are all that matter. We just want our boy home.
