I went out with my 3 dogs for their walk and this girl ran up to us. I caught her and took her for a walk hoping to find the owner. She has spca tags and their phone number. Maybe a foster had her She is super sweet and hyper. Believe her to be young. Very loving

If she has VBSPCA tags and a phone number, you should be able to contact the number. The dog is probably microchipped, so Virginia Beach Animal Control can scan for a microchip and post on stray hold for owner to reclaim at Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road with proof of ownership. Not everyone sees Facebook posts and may go to the shelter to look for the lost pet.
