This sweet mama showed up by our hse after being left on the side of the road 💔 She has 3 newborn babies with her. When we first saw her, she was very scared and just trying to protect herself and her little ones. We decided to let them stay in our little shed behind our hse so she can feel safe and know her babies are protected. We’ve been doing our best to help by giving her food and water and keeping an eye on them 🙏 We’re not sure if there were more babies, because she keeps searching around, but so far we’ve only found these 3. Unfortunately, we can’t keep them. She’s very protective (as any mom would be) and has gotten a little aggressive with our other dogs, and we don’t want her to feel unsafe or stressed either. It’s heartbreaking, but we’re doing everything we can for now 🤍 Please keep this little family in your prayers.
