Thanks for saving this dog. Saw on ch. 12 news where a dog tied in a yard of heat stroke yesterday. Dogs should not be tied ever! For a civilized nation, we need to look carefully how our pets are not protected from their owners!

If you haven’t filed a found report with animal control, you should. The owner could’ve been going there to look for the dog. By filing you are giving them your contact information. Sure hope the owner has found soon!
