Scharla Dunlow Griffith yes, zoom in on the picture & message the lady ASAP to see if she knows where the dog is now. You can tell he's friendly and wanting inside, so I'm sure someone has turned him over to animal control. Check their website in "person only" don't trust their page. Heartbreaking she didn't take him in and look for the owner it's obvious he was begging for help.
