Since she was left abandoned on my doorstep two and a half years ago—before she had even opened her eyes for the very first time—she has come close to dying three times. When she left home, she had enjoyed stable health for barely a year. Even so, she surely had a few lives left. Since March 16th, I haven't stopped searching for her—or weeping for her—for a single day. I still haven't lost hope.
