Please help find the owners! This poor dog was terrified, injured back leg. Has collar and borken leash attached to neck. Very skiddish wouldnt let me get close enough to read collar. Ovwe by Bond swamp, worried it will run in there and get lost again. Seen today around 3pm

German shephard looking dog seen roaming. Had collar on and what looked to be a broken leash. Injured back leg. Seen coming out of bonde wildlife refuge area into the neighborhood. Tried to get the dog to come to me but very skiddish and kept running away
