Leave your garage cracked with food and water. Go out late at night when it's quiet and just sit outside and call for him.

Put out food, water, and some of YOUR dirty clothes (dirty socks are nice and stinky)/blankets (dry in dryer first to enhance smell). because of the weather, you might want to put out a plastic tub with the blankets for shelter. Go out every morning and evening walking (folks seem successful around 10:30 p.m., but don't go alone) with food/treats in bowl rattling it, calling your cats name. Do NOT give up. There was a cat a week or so ago, they went out every night for 5 nights, finally on the 5th night, they heard it's meow, it was trapped in a neigbors shed. Another was hiding in a tree from the neighbor's dogs. Check buildings, bushes, trees, and storm drains around your house. Also in the house/garage, keep all doors/closets open in case it's hiding in the house. Put neon Lost Cats signs all over your neighborhood, give to vets, and the shelter. Also have magnets made of your lost cat sign and stick on your car. Contact the chip company if chipped. Post to Lost Cats facebook page, petfbi.org, nextdoor.com, and pawboost.com (ignore cost, do not put in credit card info, its free)

Leave some of your laundry outside your home to help him find his way home by scent. Also leave a door, lower window, garage door cracked open enough for him to find a way back into the home. They normally try to get back inside the same way they got out. If he is scared, he may be moving at night when it is quieter and looking for a way back inside. Hope this helps ๐Ÿ™

So sorry!!!! Check under porches, decks, bushes, cars. Check window wells & storm drains. At night use a flashlight-eyes will reflect the light. They typically don't go far, search same areas multiple times. Put out a familiar scented clothing or blanket of theirs & yours๐ŸคScent can help them find home Alert your neighbors, vet clinics, shelters & mail person. Put up fliers & post on Nextdoor app too! Check shelter daily๐Ÿฉถ
