MESSAGE FROM OWNER

My cat Milo has been missing since 12-1am last night when he escaped through our back door. He is not an out door cat so we think he may be hiding or trapped at someone else’s hse. We live near the corner of candlewood lane and moffat. Milo had his collar on when he escaped. Please message me if you have any sightings or information as to where he may be. 😢

Rebekah Cherry we did post fliers. No one contacted us. One early morning she was at the front door, scared and very thin. I think she’d been quite far away. She’d been an outside cat before we got her, and was outside in the day here and inside by afternoon. She never strayed off the property and she knew it well. Nothing here frightened her I’m pretty sure. I believe somehow she must have been trapped under a vehicle or in one and taken far from home. She’d be too avoidant of strangers to get into a car willingly. It was strange. Worse is my bff 9yr old cat rescued off highway as tiny kitten. Two days after Mother’s Day last year he got outside (indoor cat only!!) while I was gone all day to work. People At home had not missed him nor looked for him when I got home late evening. We posted fliers all over this area, and Facebook. Not a word. No signs of him. Nothing. Walked for one mile radius’s, orchards, streets. Nothing. As if evaporated. Never going to mend from that.

Annita Regehr That’s amazing, glad to hear your cat was found! I really hope that Milo shows up, he’s an indoor cat and is scared of strangers so he’s probably scared and hiding somewhere.. I have been posting fliers around my area and talking to some neighbors. If you don’t mind me asking, how were you able to find your cat? Did you do anything in particular or did your cat just randomly show back up?

Breakaway collar might be found without him. If so, look high and low in that area. Always keep hope. One of our cats returned three weeks after missing— thin and traumatized but home. Sweet Milo may also have been taken in by kind person. Hope fliers posted within one mile radius every corner may bring him home.
