It doesnt look like it, it is a little boy, such a sweet cat, although he is still a bit standofish, he wants attention. He comes on the porch. He loves my three stray cats, but unfortunately mine dont want to be friends they tolerate, i have called four rescue and no one is taking in strays. I hope you find your Dusty, I have lost two myself over the yrs.
