Hi everyone, a quick update: Following the potential sighting 3 days ago, we have put up several postings (with more to come) near Hidden Valley Middle School and Oak Hill Memorial Park. Unfortunately, we have not had any legitimate sightings since then, though we have received several cruel prank calls. We remain optimistic that Willy is hunkered down somewhere. If you see him: Please text or call (442) 222-7179 immediately. Important: If you believe you have found him, please do not chase him. Me will likely run. but in the off chance he runs up to you and you "have" him, please text a photo first so we can verify. Thank you for all the support and for keeping an eye out for our guy!

What major cross streets did you see this dog? They are going to work with someone who traces lost dogs and the cross streets would be an amazing place to start. Thank you so much 🙏

Sandy Nichols Hi Sandy, my wife and I are the "owners" of the Willy! Thank you so much for posting. That area is a few miles from our home on Mulberry in San Marcos. So this is a huge help. A few quick questions: Direction: You mention he was heading east. Any idea if it was towards the school, per perhaps Oak Hill Memorial Park? Condition: Did he seem to be limping or injured, or just running? Appearance: Did he have anything on him? If you see him again, please do not call out or chase him as he may be very scared. I can private message my number. Thank you! PS - there's a typo in the post. Willy is 30-35lbs, not 135lbs!

We saw a rather large dachshund tonight heading east on Oakhill Dr. He took off when I called to him. Fastest Dachshund I've ever seen. I think it was kind of a dark red.
