This looks like a Russian Blue and has the temperament to match. It has a red collar. I’m really not sure exactly when it came around, so June 1 isn’t very accurate. It’s currently staying in the sewer drains in the area. It responds when I call, very vocal. It disappears during the day with the building of a house next door, but will come around at some point for food and petting, as long as it’s quiet.
