White and Tan either pigeon or dove.

Very friendly bird found wondering in a parking lot at the Mount Sinai hosp in Aventura in the middle of the night. It would not move from the middle of the road so I parked and tried to get it to move. It followed me everywhere I walked. I went to my car to get a cage and it jumped on the bumper and walked into the cage. This bird is super friendly and clearly a well cared for and loved pet.
