Put smelly food like chicken and hot dogs, his kennel, blankets and your worn clothing outside your house for him. Make a scent trail of liquid smoke from the food outward in each direction.
Call the police and animal control to report him missing.
Ask neighbors to check surveillance camera footage to see if he has been seen on them.
If he has a doggy friend/sibling that he is bonded with, take that dog out to search as well. Sometimes dogs will come to other dogs.
Check the area well, including window wells, under decks, porches, bushes and places where he can get in but may not be able to get out.
