Put his litter box outside along with his bed blanket toys and something of yours unwashed. So he can pick up the scent. Try smelly food. Tap cans and shake treats when calling. Use a flashlight and check culverts as those are excelling hiding places. Check trees bushes and waterways. Call in evening and early morning hours when not so busy out. Post on ring and Nextdoor. Put flyers up everywhere!!! Check with all your neighbors. Cats generally stay close to home along perimeters and can smell up to a mile away. 🙏
