I messaged the finder as well, but thought Id share here in hopes it helps find the owner. Im not 100% certain, but this may be the dog I witnessed get hit at the intersection of Cardinal Drive and Eastlawn Ave. yesterday around 10:40am. Dog came from the woodline neighboring Statler Drive.
