Who can foster this dumped senior?? This dog has been dumped in Canyon lake TX very skinny and hungry !! Several neighbors text me daily of his new locations and some of the neighbors have been kind enough to give him food and water as he passes by. It’s real unfortunate if someone out there is willing to foster him and so we can scan him for a chip or maybe find where he came from or begin the process of finding him a new place to go message me Sunni
