Message from Finder

Found wandering with another Lhasa apso (cream colored) up Botany Bay dr heading toward Louisburg Rd. Both had collars but no tags, no microchips found at vet. Both very sweet but very matted and neglected looking. Seem to be a bonded pair.

UPDATE: Dogs groomed by me and seem to be feeling much better. Owners have been found, but they were given the dogs by other family members who could no longer care for them. After talking to them about veterinary care, not leaving them out in a hot yard that they can easily escape from, and flea and tick preventative, the owners have relinquished dogs to my care.
