There is a black and white cat that looks like that that has been hanging out around my house for at least a month I see it in the morning and early evening

So I received a text from someone saying they have my cat. I responded with asking them to send me a picture so I could verify it was my Anakin and I asked for their address. However they did not respond back to me!!! Why would someone be so cruel to say they have my cat but not respond back to me??? Our family is heartbroken that we have not been able to find him yet but we are not giving up hope !!! We are praying for his safe return and will provide a reward!!! Please everyone continue to help us locate our Anakin!!! Thank you!!!
