Hello, thanks for your advice! He is microchipped. We tried contacting the owner, but the call is not going through. The microchip company is based in Texas, and the info was last updated in 2023. I found a family that is fostering him and willing to adopt. I've posted on other lost and found pages, as well as the Neighbors app and Nextdoor, but I haven't heard anything from the owners yet..
