Description
Medium-sized what appears to be a Shih Tzu dog with a long, shaggy black/dark gray coat and lighter gray/tan markings around the face, muzzle, chest, legs, and paws. They have a distinctive scruffy beard/mustache and fluffy hair around the eyes. When found, the dog was very dirty and extremely shaggy/matted-looking, with long hair covering much of the face and eyes.
