Laura Campos borrow or rent a trap and get him caught. If he is not the cat of the person asking for information below, at least he can go to a safe spot at a shelter or rescue.

Elias Hernandez We dont have him. We have just seen him in our backyard the past few days. I put "spotted" in the post, since we dont actually have him.

We haven't been able to catch him. He just comes and goes and I was wondering if he might belong to someone..I really hope he is just an indoor/outdoor cat that is just roaming.

Looks like his right ear is tipped so apt to be a neutered male. Can check for microchip - could be a TNR car living outside but some eartipped cats get adopted as pets. Looks like you might be behind Aggieland Humane Society? Check with them if they had any escapes? Or maybe someone dumped him there. Collar suggests he has belonged to someone at some point.
