Grey tiger striped tabby with white chest, stomach, legs and paws. Not neutered.

This cat has been roaming around for a while in my neighborhood, yesterday he popped up with his left back paw extremely swollen and limping. A few months ago he had an abscess above his left ear on top of his head. He's skittish and won't let me get close to him, but I leave water and food out for him to eat when he wants to. He previously had a different collar on with paper info in a plastic tag, but a couple of months ago he appeared again with this black collar on.
