This one really, really hurts. I had a kitty who vanished 12 years ago, and I believe was taken by a stranger. I still cry for Oliver. Wherever he is, I hope he's safe, loved, and happy. I did some research - Jerome Stephens appears to be a homeless/down-on-his-luck guy who is known to steal and prey upon cats in the area. He is in room 620 at the Cecil Hotel. He also has a tent on Maple and 7th in downtown. I wish I could dart down there today and find this . Maybe I will. Someone should try to talk to him and find out where he took Camilla.
