Would be a good idea to keep your dogs on leashes or in a SECURED fenced yard. Rocky was lucky to be reunited . I hope people tend to tell their friends, neighbors.All the people that don't have the common sense to know that people are taking dogs for no good reason.And this is a great time of the year for that to be happening!
