Found him when I was walking out of my car, he looks very clean so he must belong to someone. Both paws are white

Any vet's office, animal shelter or animal control will scan for a microchip for no charge. Tulare Kings Emergency Vet is open nights after 5pm and 24 hours on weekends. 4240 W. Mineral King Ave, Visalia There is a self serve microchip scanner at the City of Visalia Recreation office, Anthony Community Center, 345 N. Jacob Street and City of Visalia Fire Station 56, 1321 S. Lovers Lane.
