If you have the chip number call/email all area vet offices with the chip number, if the dog belongs to one of their clients the chip number will be in their system... and they might have an alternate phone number or a second person to contact.

Post on Nextdoor, and ring app. Also post on FB group lost dogs of Broward. Not everyone is on social media so maybe posting some printed ads in your area could help finding the owner. Please ask for a trustworthy proof of ownership when owner shows up 🙏
