I’m over on Cobblestone Lane off East Mountain and not all that far from there. I will try to get a photo but we have had a grey/white one makings the rounds through the backyard that looks similar. It looks like a long and lean cat that goes under the fence between Fairway condos and the Quabbin Estates easily. I will see if I have a photo and if not get one next time it makes the rounds. They are not a normal pattern at all so I don’t believe it’s a local family pet.

Cats often hide under the nearest hiding spot like a deck or porch. Use a flashlight with treats. Put out an unwashed garment for scent tracking. Go out at quiet of night or AM. Let your neighbors & postal worker know. 🙏
