He is a pug shar-pei mix. He is tan with a black face.

Bill was rescued from an abusive , so he is afraid of everyone, including his own shadow. He is NOT aggressive at all, but do not approach as this will cause him to run even more. He unfortunately does not have a collar and is not microchipped. He has lots of anxiety and is likely scared being alone without his fur sister. He was last seen around 10 am today (March 24th) behind ACE hardware at 7210 w 41st st, sioux falls, SD. We live right off of w 32nd st and sertoma. My parents live near south bradford court. He may try to wonder back towards either of those locations. We'd appreciate anyone who shares this post to help spread the word. Thank you so much!!
