Tara Roberts please try to organize something with your neighbors to trap him. You can reach out to various rescues to see if you can borrow a trap. I just trapped a cat in January (within a day of seeing him, so I didn’t wait). I just put out very stinky cat food, kept feeding him for 2hrs, then just picked him up by the nape of his neck and put him in a carrier. The cat in this picture deserves to be trapped (and checked for a chip)🤗
