Small unfixed male dog, light brown fur with white paws. Maybe 15lb. No collar.

This boy has been roaming our neighborhood for at least 4 days. He’s been pretty standoffish towards people but came up to our gate this morning and wanted to meet my dogs. He is friendly and has allowed me to pet him, pick him up, and is currently in our fenced in yard with shade and water. No interest in treats or food. I will be taking him to the vet to get scanned for a microchip. He’s super sweet and seems very happy to be given love and has not shown any distress or motivation to leave since I closed the gate to our yard.
