Since she is terrified of dogs and probably hiding, I would suggest waiting until after dark and start walking your area with a flashlight and look for hiding places. Some places they might hide is any kind of opening where they could get under a house, building of any kind etc also if neighbors have garages or sheds that they leave open occasionally she could have gotten inside one of them and not be able to get out. If she has claws she may also climb up a tree.. you can look during the daytime too but chances are she's probably hiding and won't come out until after dark when she feels safer.

So sorry your fur baby is missing. I have two and they are currently in my garage laying on the hood of my car sleeping! Go figure. I will share in hopes someone sees him and her comes home to you.
