We found him wandering around a public park with no collar. He had no microchip and after searching/posting, no owners have come forward. We are unable to keep this sweet stray, and are searching for a family to foster him until a shelter spot becomes available, or adopt him into their family. We think he would make an incredible family dog, and are highly motivated to find him a loving home! What we know about him so far: -Male, ~9 mos -LOVES people, loves to cuddle, and loves to play -0% aggressive (no food or toy guarding behaviors with us or our other dog) -Low prey drive/non-reactive -Good on a leash -Crates overnight and for stretches during the day -Great with our cat and other dog -Very responsive to the light training we have started -We suspect he’s good with kids (he was playing with small children at the park where we found him) Nico is scheduled to be neutered and vaccinated, and has been started on flea/tick prevention. We are located in Corpus Christi, TX and are willing to transport him to his foster/adoptive family if we find a good fit. Please call/text if interested or to set up a meet and greet.
