Donna Powell Flynn thank you!! so much for replying back.. awh… so glad lil one found friends to hang out with and as of now weather isn’t bad 🙏🏼 luckily with water/food source will stay close.. agree not placing cage out as of yet🤷🏻‍♀️ are you able to get close to parakeet?

Julie Edinger I didn't see it but it had been returning to the same spot because there was food and water. We didnt put the cage out tonight because like your worries, it might not be safe. . It was hanging out with some sparrows and hopefully will roost with them tonight. 🤞

Julie Edinger the cage is there with some parakeet food so hopefully we can coax the bird in and catch it. I wish it was mine but glad to help save it and thr chance to find its owner.

Julie Edinger I think its a female and I talked with the person who spotted it and it is blue, white and yellow. Their window is tinted uellow so it looks yellow and green. The location was close enough to be Rio but it is not him. I am bringing a cage over to trybto catch her. Thank you once again for thinking of me. 🙏
