Sleek youngish black kitty with light green eyes and some white splashes on chest and belly

At least 3 neighbors around this block have seen this kitty recently. Can't be sure but appears to be female and healthy, does not seem like a stray, anxious to go inside hses and extremely friendly with people. Does not seem accustomed to living outside! Moderately vocal. No collar. Checking to see if someone is missing this cat. Should be easy to catch if someone is looking for her.
