Fluffy White cat with black splotches on its nose and both ears. Black markings throughout it’s body as well with a fully black tall. Very matted and dirty

I’m not sure if this is a stray, lost cat or possibly an elderly persons pet but I have my own cats who have been lost and it was very difficult for me and my family. If it is someone’s lost cat I hope this helps you find them. If it’s an elderly/vunerable persons, I am more than happy to help as I also know sometimes people can struggle and not mean to do so to others. I will be regularly around this area to look out and try to get it microchipped at a local vets. I hope this ends is a good way, for the cat and possible owners
