I saw this dog on Wednesday, July 15 and again today, Friday, July 18. Just running loose all over the neighborhood south of 14 mile between Dequindre and Ryan, the streets are Norwood and Arden and in the vicinity of the subdivision.

I don't know. I don't live in the neighborhood, but go there every morning. I have seen that little black dog twice running around all over the neighborhood. I hope he is ok.
