I think I seen your dog about a day or two ago. The dog I seen was on Elsmere by Homer and Longworth area. I only got a quick glimpse but it looked like the dog in the picture. I'm on Flacon and Elsmere but haven't seen it come down this way yet.

First off, any German Shepherd, or Collie mixed German Shepherd when picked up lost , those dogs are going to police dog training, they make great police dogs, my parents were told that that happened to a dog of our family was picked up by dog pound, they admitted picking him up but then said police department has put the dog into training school for the police department
