Message from Owner
Toulouse is a small tan dog. He's missing his bottom front teeth. His two front teeth are his k-9 teeth and they stick out. He is blind in his left eye. The eye is blurry and has a blue spot. He's a super shy dog and he is scared of people. He's especially scared of men. However, if you are able to pick him up he's super sweet and snuggly.
