2 Dog: 1 black Mae with white and 1 female light brown

These two dogs went to my neighbors yesterday. She fed them and gave them water. They stayed and wouldn’t leave so she penned them in her yard for the night. I believe they may have been dropped off nearby. They stayed together and the male is protective of the little female. They’re very clean and healthy. One dog is chipped but the owner hasn’t returned the call.
