They're dying in the streets, in the county, and at the hands of who has them (owners). We do our best like I did trying to find her family and reaching out to rescues. She's a great girl and very calm. She's very intimidating and she's an older dog which makes it harder for her to be adopted. It broke my heart that no one claimed her and I had to surrender her. She cried when she left but I got her A # and on Friday if her family hasn't claimed her I'm bringing her home. She almost lost her life that day but thanks to Louis and another stranger she was able to live one more day. She deserves to be surrounded by love and that's what I intend to do. By Friday she's will be free and clear to bring home. I really shouldn't bring another fur baby home but I'm making room. So yes I do realize that a lot of animals are dying daily.
