DESCRIPTION
Caddy was found tied to a tree in Chicago and Ruby Whiskers Animal Rescue found her a foster . She got out while in foster as she was getting well but now missed her spay appt. The rescue must get her back to get her well. Female, 6 years old. Chipped to Ruby Whiskers Animal Rescue. She had a collar on, dark red with chains (martingale) and a valentines day bandana, also a RWAR tag with 2 contact numbers.
