Tabby with Dark Black Stripes and Striped Tail

Kitty seemed lost. Meowing a bunch. Came up to me on my porch but spooked easily when I got up. It wouldn’t let me get close. Seemed really scared and confused/hissing. Wouldn’t let me get close. Didn’t look like a stray. Lots of dark stripes on legs and end of tail. Was in the Bowmanville neighborhood area on W Berwyn Ave and Bell street. Not in my possession!!!!! Just seen.
