Found two shepards bonded, scared and they have been attacked or abused, they have open wounds on them. Very scared and timid, but nice, not aggressive at all.

Maybe they are microchipped? You can bring to a Petsmart or Vets office to check. Thanks for keeping them safe. Sad that they have injuries.
