FOUND DOG on Canada rd by Chick-fil-A in the field. He had a very long thick ass rope tied around his neck. He tore up his neck trying to get away from wherever he was tied to. It’s healing nicely though. Let me know if this is your dog or if anyone is interested in him. He’s very sweet. Energetic still a puppy. He’s a good dog. I would keep him if I could, but I already have three dogs. So please let me know before I take him to the animal shelter.
