Brown/ tan bully mix

I believe this is the same dog I’ve seen outside before approx 3 months ago near 52nd st but could not catch. She was fearful at first and kept running away but then when she finally did approach was friendly, wagging and fairly calm. She does not have a chip and again was presumably outside for months and eating trash the entire time. Has calloused back legs and some skin irritation on nose and back. I don’t think she has an owner out there looking for her but just in case I’m leaving this here.
