A tiny dog like this was backing up traffic around noon today. People stopped so it wouldn’t get hit. It was in the Bethany area around NW 27th maybe? One of the main roads west of MacArthur— N. Rockwell or Council. Two nice ladies from Moore asked if there were a vet close and I told them to take it to Neel Vet. They were the ones who caught it. It looked like this one but hard to tell weight —just very tiny. You might ask Neel vet if they really took it there.
