Thank you everyone who looked, shared the post and messages messaged me w tips. He was found by a nice lady named Miranda off of Noroad. and was brought home by Animal Control Officer Campbell. After looking around literally ALL DAY! MAJOR IS finally back home. Thank you everyone for your help!
