I am his previous owner his name is butters the shelter contacted me and I gave current owners information. If they are unable to get ahold of current owner I will take him back. Please pass the message. I tried letting the woman at the shelter pass the message but she would not do it for me even though she said they are only there to help the public when needed. 🙄🙄🙄 so if you can pass Thales message to the people who found him that would be helpful
